This video talks about importance being flexibility in switching between in multiple roles, being able to come out one role and moving into another. Ram Dass gives a beautiful explanation for this, he says that while we play the game monopoly on one level we are coming together to collaborate to play the game and on another level we are competing while playing the game. The game if not played fiercely will become boring and while if it is played while forgetting the collaboration the competition will make it divisive.
